My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized therapy. I treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
My Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths to address individual, couple, and family goals. I achieve this by providing counseling in a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy with an emphasis on mindfulness and trauma informed care.
